Getting started
PipeValue sits between your CRM and your ad platforms: it turns each lead into a euro value and sends that value to your ad accounts, so bidding optimizes toward revenue instead of raw volume.
Set up in 4 steps
- Connect a source — link your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce…) or import a file. PipeValue detects your lead fields automatically.
- Build your value model — pick the fields that drive value and PipeValue turns each lead into a euro amount. Start from a template for your business or from scratch.
- Connect a destination — authorize your ad accounts (Meta, Google, LinkedIn…) and choose where the value lands.
- Go live — switch from shadow to live, and every new scored lead is sent to your destinations in real time.
How a lead flows through
- Ingest — leads arrive from your CRM, a file import, or a webhook.
- Score — your active value model turns the lead's attributes into a euro value.
- Dispatch — the value plus match keys (hashed email, click IDs) are sent to each connected ad platform.
- Calibrate — closed-won outcomes are pulled back so you can compare predicted vs. realized value.
The value model
A model is a set of rules over your lead attributes. Each rule maps a field to an output — tiers (by numeric range), mappings (by category), or flags (yes/no bonus). Rules combine into a final euro value, with an optional floor and cap.
Models are versioned. Publishing activates a new version; you can run a draft in shadow mode, compare it against the active version, and roll back in one click.
Shadow vs. live
In shadow mode values are computed and logged but nothing leaves PipeValue — useful to validate your model. In live mode each scored lead is dispatched to your connected destinations in real time.
